First 72 hours after landing on Singapore. [Flight CX735 1:35pm]
Did I tell you that my entire family were called through the PA system in the airport again? Haha. Last year was me and my dad. Haha, we are always late at the HK airport, the immigration was very slow and I guess my entire family is bad at time estimating. Haha
Thurs, visited the Body Worlds Exhibition. My mum must be rather mad with me, I used to promise to go with her, but I didn't keep my promise. In any way, I got a sheer feeling that she's afraid of the exhibits. [Not like her daughter is very bold, if you've heard me talk about the stupid cat story. My aunt had 2 grey cats. So that day I went to her house, she specially trapped the cats in the shower area coz I'm afraid of them. But one of them was smart and pushed open the shower door. So when my aunt went to check on it, it was missing and ran out of the bedroom and then ran in front of me. I immediately screamed and I saw the cat shuddered for a moment and start hiding on a cchair then later behind the TV. It's possibly it's nightmare. Haha.]
Expo. What a deserted place, yet some "helpful people" can come and sell their products here. "Girls, I'm helping my friends' grandmother. She's quite old and can't find a job, so I decided to help her sell these products Then later I got to rush for my part time job.."[thought was cookies or something, at least some thing that's more worthwhile] Wah seh, then she showed us those products. What tissue box cover, useless bag and stuff you can find in $1.99 shops and she sold it at $4. And if what she said was true, I think the JC girls are far too naive and no taste. -ew-
Then off we went to eat, or did we eat first before we bumped into this swindler. Then Dawn and Bernie was like don't go BK, Alan might be working there... But no choice, Orange Julius wasn't opened yet. So stuck with BK and a Sprite for me. [I should avoid soft drinks. But you can't possibly tell the person. One regular plain water please. Haha]
Body worlds. Can be quite interesting. Yah, me and Hannah tried to remember everything we leant in Bio, and start pointing at every nerve, organs and blah blah stuff we know. So took quite a long time. The first few exhibits were acceptable, until the babies part. All the deformed infants. Yuck. I really couldn't believe how people can do all these "operations" on dead people. I mean, like remove the water and replace it with plastic. It's a corpse loh. I wouldn't touch it. It's a eerie feeling. And they can slice your body into such thin pieces and like a microscopic feeling. [The blood vessels were horrible. I really can't believe it's my blood vessels, it looks like that they used threads to make a network of "blood capilaries".] The nervous system looks like ginseng. Haha. And the intestines, me and dawn agreed. Pig intestines of kuey chap. Hahaha. But sometimes, I think how that professor find different kinds of livers and kidneys and brains and other organs.. like suffering with every different disease and illnesses. Well, when there's a will, there's a way. [Suddenly I feel that Germans are dangerous people. First they have a citizen that feed on human flesh and now a professor that operates on such corpses. -shudder-]
I was coughing non-stop. I feel as if I had emphysema. Air sacs breaking. Haha. Yah, Hannah was the victim. Like TB patient. I can't do anything, I just landed the night before so I can only see the doctor that eveing.
I guess those 3 girls were quite happy that I gave them PoT merchandise. Haha, they'll never realize it was so cheap in HK. Then I told them about the DVDs, with english sub, 104 episodes I saw when I shopped with Iris on Monday at that whatever building. Yah, we girls were not supposed to step into there, coz it wasn't a really safe place. But the discs there were really cheap. I bought 3 original CDs at HK$233. Then we calculated how cheap the PoT discs were. Then Hannah and Bernie wanted to go.. haha. [That's the good thing about going out with Iris, she brings you to some ulu buildings you've never step into before.] Better not let my dad know, he'll never let me go out alone again. Haha.
So after leaving Expo, they wanted to go to that Bencoolen Street shop, where they sell tons of anime merchandise. I could be quite interested, but that moment I really felt like visiting the doctor. Hehe. So we went to Plaza Singapura where Dawn and Bernie wants to get their so called "juice" while Hannah and me had our lunch. We saw Mark giving out Ajisen flyers. First time I ate some Yoshi food. Quite nice, I had beef rice. Stupid me, I went to order two Beef Value meals, minus one miso soup, coz I didn't liked it. It costs $10.80. So I thought it was okie, until Hannah pointed out to me that the rice only costs $4.10. I paid $5.10 for the exact same thing, just that I phrased it differently. Argh~. Nvm lah. Then we went to meet bernie and dawn, then to realize that the supermarket[ how you spell that?] had 2 storeys. Met at the wrong cashier. Haha. Then yah, set off to that Bencoolen shop.
Wow. Really had lots of merchandise. I like that Momo [pop out thing] What you call that? Then there were others like, files, memo pad, canvas pin, handphone accessories, and the Seigaku jacket!. Urgh! But who would bear to wear it. Yah, but I really didn't bother much. I want a doctor!!!! So dawn had a Oishi plushie, one Fuji and 1 Eiji keychain. [Hannah blamed me for being able to spot the keychain. Coz she was too tempted to buy. Haha] They planning to get turtle to pay for all the goods on Sunday. Haiz, disadvantage of being a senior. Haha.
Then off we returned to PS, to get a drink or something. So initially Bernie got a bottle of apple juice until we saw this distilled water dispenser. Yah, so we 4 idiots went to take paper cups and start drinking the water, save money mah. Haha. We had 2 cups each, on the average. Haha. Then Dawn found this barcode reader and we played with it with a few products. They wanted to scan the Oishi plushie, but the tag didn't have a barcode. I tried with my Ez-link card. Of course it didn't worked. [Imagine it showed "Wong Tien Kwan - $0.00"] Yah, then went to Action City an Bernie and Dawn got a frog each. Haa. Yah, and there was a shop selling Gloomy the naughty adult bear. But I guess it's really expensive. But it's really cute, as in the non-bloody one. I like the red one! And I sneezed quite often along the way, so the three of them were like, are you okie...Haha.
Wow. It's pouring outside. I miss the smell of rain. I'm having a blocked nose.
Visited the doctor. It was just some normal flu. So after medication, I was really in a drowsy mode, feel asleep quite soon, like 10pm, and woke up 11 hours later. Pig.
Then last night we had a concert, at the school air con hall. $4. Yah, the abience is totally different. You don't get nice cushioned chairs, good lighting but you get Mr and Mrs Nathan's portraits accompanying you through the concert. Crap crap crap. So me and bernie took turns to be the camera woman. Cheng Huat didn't tell me that he didn't have a tripod, then I can bring mine. So in the end have to use some resources we can find up there and make a perfect height to flim the concert. Things used : One grey chair, one box and 2 handphones[mine and bernie's respectively]. Band people : if you all happen to watch, and you see some shots that goes zooming slowing in and out and then fliming at almost every head. That is taken by me. Haha. I think my fliming skills suck. [Cheng Huat : if you watched the video and heard what I said about what I intended to do with your cam, don't kill me tomorrow during the bbq.] I deleted the photos from the cam anyway. You might also kill me because I deleted the pics, Hehe.
So we had supper at Mac. Turtle treated us drinks and we ate fries. I got lemon lime, as usual. Then had to catch the train so me and bernie left hurriedly. Reached home by 12am. Lucky me. [Weilun can't believe that I made it to NJ with 11 pts when the cut-off was 10] Haha. Then turtle start introducing us to other seniors, yah, one of them still rides a motorbike. I hope it's those racing kind. Then telling them what on earth is blog. Yah, then start talking about each of our blogs, with Iris' bra thingy in Thailand. Haha. Better go and read.
Yahoo! My flu's getting better. I love doctors! Haha. The cough's almost gone, phlegm is getting less, but the blocked nose's still there. Lucky no more heachache like thurs. Haha. Skin's condition also got a lot better.
Iris : Tml nite got Hacken show on TVB at 8:05pm. I thought it was a movie, then can call you to record, but sadly it isn't. [Coz I want to see the Andy Hui's part]
This MD thing is very hard to use. Hannah teach me!! But you don't have much time either, yah? Yours oso Net MD issit? Oh yeah, if you want to have a meal with Hazel, you SMS her hor.
Rain. Rain. I miss the sight of rain. Yahoo! My mum is going to bring me to some shop and buy a Hi-Fi set later on. She says better buy one before GST goes up to 5%, coz my Hi-Fi is totally faulty except for the alarm clock. Hee. But I think I need a book shelf more than a Hi-Fi. One of the planks fell off.
