Haha, you'll never realize how I finally managed to get computer access. [This keyboard sux.]K, I'm in the HK library, where I can get free access. So maybe I can spend an hour typing my entry. Got to meet my aunt at 5:30pm.
Ok, so I left on Sat as you know. Flight CX710, 8:05am. So I've got to reach that idiotic airport by 6 something to check in. Stupid mum woke me up at 4:30am, and at that particular moment, I really lost that dreadful feeling of going overseas. Haha. Then reached airport, was really tired, then saw Zhiren there. Was wondering why there are people going to the airport that early. But heck, who cares. Then ALAS! I saw that Kaiyan, and this is really a small small world. He took the same flight as me. -.-". Out of so many people in the world, why must it be him. Whatever.
Then boarded the A330 plane. Nothing much, just saw that Kaiyan's mouth-opened reaction when he walked past my seat. I got the seat nearest to the big screen, like the one we got on our return trip from Beijing last march, so everybody walks past that little aisle. The individual TV we got has to be lifted up under the seat, so you can imagine how it hangs there. Wah, those korea obasans keep smashing their entire hands wit sharp nails on our screen, so there were, of course, some cases whereby we watch a movie halfway and see a fat hand lying there. Hehe.
Then as usual, my father took tons of newspapers. Waste. Then read about this German man-eater. Eeks. Couldn't stand it. and he said human flesh tastes like pork, only a little sweeter. Sadistic. -eek-
Reached HK at 12pm I think, then there was this little coach which will be taking us to the hotel. And good luck to me, my mum chose a hotel in HK island and the other passengers' hotels were in Kowloon. So my family had a 3 hr Kowloon tour before reaching our hotel. [Yah, cogestion that day, Horse racing that night.] Reached that lousy hotel, it's dirty and small, at 3. My parents were starved. [Funny people. They both ate chicken rice on the plane, while I ate that omlette. I was still okie with it yet they were whining all the way. Haiz.] Had fastfood, of course not those BK kind. It's ______ de Coral. Chinese is [direct translation] big home happy. Hehe. And I'm wondering whether I landed on the correct place. 24 degrees C. Did you say it's HK? Is today december. And today's weather prediction is shit. Say 18 degrees C, when it's warmer than yesterday. Say will rain, and after 17 hours, did it rain? Haiyoh.
Then had a walk around Wan Chai [where the hotel is], Central and Causeway Bay. oOh, things are cheap there, like clothes, food all that. I bought a purple suit at HK$180, since I've got to take photos with my cousin the next day. Yah, grad photos. Then at first my mum said I bette buy sports shoes there, then she saw the adidas kind. It was HK$99 loh. But didn't have my size for that colour, so forget it.
Yeserday was no big deal. Just took pics and pics and ate steamboat. Haha. Yummy. As usual, beef for me for the entire meal. Hehe. Then returned to hotel, watched Discovery Channel, was showing 'Asian Cinemas'. Then was showing that Lin Dai, and her funeral. I couldn't sleep for quite some time and was quite afraid for a while, esp while I was bathing. It's like that when I see death.
Today, dunno what'll happen. Just visited my grandma at the old folks' home, 93 yrs old. Pro sia. Had to wear mask all the way, so uncomfortable. Yah, going to watch some stupid concert tonight. It's my mum's idol loh, that Chen Bao Zhu. Generation gap. Haha. supposedly my mum's friend was coming with us, but she couldn't come at the last minute, so I had to sub her. I'll sure be sleeping. zzZ.
